CD4013 Dual D Type Flip-Flop IC SMD Package
The CD4013 is a CMOS-based dual D-type flip-flop integrated circuit that contains two independent flip-flops, each capable of storing one bit of digital data. Each flip-flop features data (D), clock (CLK), set (S), and reset (R) inputs, along with complementary outputs (Q and Q?). The device transfers the data present at the D input to the Q output on the triggering edge of the clock pulse and retains this state until the next clock event. The asynchronous set and reset inputs allow immediate control of the outputs regardless of the clock. With low power consumption, high noise immunity, and a wide operating voltage range, the CD4013 is ideal for timing, control, memory, and switching applications. Its SMD package makes it suitable for compact and modern PCB designs.
