CNY17-4 IC Optocoupler IC DIP 6 Package

The CNY17-4 is a phototransistor-based optocoupler designed for electrical isolation between high-voltage and low-voltage circuits. It contains an infrared LED input and an NPN phototransistor output inside a 6-pin DIP package.

Among the CNY17 series (-1, -2, -3, -4), the CNY17 4 has the highest CTR (Current Transfer Ratio), making it ideal for interfacing where very low input LED current still needs to generate a strong output signal.

It is widely used in control circuits, industrial electronics, and microcontroller isolation systems.
