H11F3 Optocoupler IC DIP 6 Package
The H11F3 is a photo-MOS (MOSFET output) optocoupler designed to provide electrical isolation between input and output while enabling analog signal transfer and high-linearity switching. Unlike conventional optocouplers that use phototransistors or photodiodes, the H11F3 features an N-channel MOSFET output stage controlled by an internal infrared LED.
This structure allows the H11F3 to handle AC or DC signals, support low on-resistance, and provide excellent linearity, making it ideal for applications requiring isolated analog signal control, variable resistance, or precise switching.
