HC 08 4 pin Bluetooth Module without Reset Switch
The HC-08 BLE module operates using Bluetooth 4.0 protocol and supports UART serial communication, providing an easy wireless link between an MCU (like Arduino, STM32, or ESP32) and a smartphone, tablet, or PC. It features a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) interface, which significantly reduces power consumption while maintaining stable, reliable communication — ideal for battery-powered devices.
Compared to older modules like the HC-05 and HC-06, the HC-08 offers higher data efficiency, lower latency, and improved range under BLE mode. It functions as a slave device, enabling seamless pairing with smartphones and computers that support BLE.
Its onboard PCB antenna ensures excellent wireless performance, while the absence of a baseplate keeps the size and power requirements minimal — suitable for direct soldering into embedded designs.
