MAX7219 Digital Tube Display Control Module
The MAX7219 Digital Tube Display Control Module is a display driver module designed to control 7-segment LED displays, 8-digit numeric displays, or 8×7-segment multiplexed LED tubes using only three microcontroller pins.
It uses the popular MAX7219 LED driver IC, which handles display multiplexing, brightness control, and digit scanning internally—reducing the workload on the microcontroller.
The module communicates through SPI (serial interface), making it compatible with Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller platforms.
