PC814 (EL814) Optocoupler IC
The PC814, also known as EL814, is a dual-channel optocoupler that integrates two infrared LEDs and two NPN phototransistor outputs within a single 8-pin package.
It provides reliable galvanic isolation between input and output circuits, protecting low-voltage electronics from high-voltage spikes, noise, and ground potential differences.
Its wide CTR range and stable switching characteristics make it suitable for both analog and digital signal isolation in consumer, industrial, and embedded applications.
