PCF8563 I2C Real Time Clock RTC Module
The PCF8563 RTC Module is a low-power real-time clock based on the NXP PCF8563 IC.
It keeps accurate time and date even when the main system is powered off, thanks to its onboard backup battery (CR1220/CR2032 depending on module version).
The module communicates via the I2C interface, making it compatible with Arduino, ESP8266/ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, AVR, and other microcontrollers.
It supports seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, and year, along with optional alarm and timer functions.
It is widely used in low-power and battery-operated devices due to its ultra-low consumption.
