THX203H Switching Power Controller IC Dip 8

The THX203H is a highly integrated switching power supply controller IC designed for use in off-line AC–DC converters. It delivers excellent performance, high efficiency, and low standby power consumption, making it ideal for low-power SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) applications.

Built using advanced CMOS technology, the THX203H combines PWM control, oscillator, over-voltage protection, over-load protection, and thermal shutdown in a single compact DIP-8 package. It supports both current-mode and voltage-mode control, enabling precise regulation and stable operation across a wide input voltage range.
