The TOP244YN is a highly integrated AC-DC off-line switcher IC from Power Integrations’ TOPSwitch family, designed to build efficient, compact, and reliable switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). It integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM controller, oscillator, soft-start, and comprehensive protection circuitry into a single device, greatly reducing external component count and simplifying power supply design.
