UCC27423 Gate and Power Driver Inverting IC SOP8 Package
The UCC27423 from Texas Instruments is a high-speed dual MOSFET and power driver IC designed to efficiently drive both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-frequency power switching applications.
