UCC27423 Gate and Power Driver Inverting IC SOP8 Package

The UCC27423 from Texas Instruments is a high-speed dual MOSFET and power driver IC designed to efficiently drive both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-frequency power switching applications. With inverting logic inputs, the UCC27423 provides strong source and sink currents for fast switching transitions, minimizing switching losses and improving overall system efficiency.
