EL817 Optocoupler IC
The EL817 is a widely used phototransistor output optocoupler that provides electrical isolation between input and output circuits.
It consists of an infrared LED that drives an NPN phototransistor housed in a compact 4-pin DIP or SMD package (depending on variant).
The EL817 is known for its stability, wide CTR options, and compatibility with both analog and digital signal isolation applications.
It is commonly used in power supplies, microcontroller interfaces, and industrial control circuits.
