The TNY288 is a highly integrated AC-DC off-line switcher IC from Power Integrations’ TinySwitch family, designed to build compact, efficient, and low-cost switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). It integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM controller, oscillator, soft-start, and comprehensive protection features into a single device, significantly reducing external component count and simplifying power supply design.
