The VIPer22A is a highly integrated off-line primary switcher IC from STMicroelectronics, designed for low-power switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). It combines a PWM controller and a high-voltage power MOSFET in a single monolithic chip, enabling efficient, compact, and cost-effective AC-to-DC conversion for low-power applications up to 15 W (universal mains).
