IR2112 High and Low Side Driver IC DIP 14 Package
The IR2112 is a high-voltage high-side and low-side gate driver IC designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge power converter applications. It provides independent high-side and low-side driver channels with strong gate drive capability, enabling fast and efficient switching in high-power systems.
The IC uses advanced level-shift technology with a bootstrap high-side supply, allowing the high-side driver to operate at voltages well above the system ground. It also includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection to ensure safe operation during power-up and fault conditions.
