The IKCM20L60GA is a high-performance Intelligent Power Module (IPM) that integrates IGBTs, gate drivers, and protection circuitry into a single compact dual in-line package. Designed for efficient three-phase inverter and motor drive applications, it provides a complete control and power solution that enhances reliability and simplifies circuit design.

This module operates at 600V and delivers up to 20A output current, making it suitable for medium-power AC motor drives and industrial inverters. The IKCM20L60GA features built-in bootstrap diodes, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP). An NTC thermistor is integrated for temperature monitoring, ensuring safe and stable performance under varying load conditions.
